Fee Structure Governance

Those possessing vdSRL have the power to shape the fee structure within Serolis, enabling them to adjust fee parameters or toggle fees on and off, reflecting the strategic needs and economic realities of the ecosystem.

Active Governance Participation

SRL token holders are integral to the governance process, participating in votes on key proposals that shape the operational and strategic framework of Serolis.

Staking for Governance and Revenue

Non-Transferable Governance Power

vdSRL is non-transferable and represents the vested voting power of an individual address, emphasizing its role in responsible and committed governance.

Optimizing Voting Power

To obtain vdSRL, holders can lock their SRL or associated liquidity pool tokens (e.g., SRL/ETH on Sushiswap, SRL/Serolis on Balancer). The lock period can vary from one month up to a year, with the longest durations granting the greatest voting influence. Voting power diminishes linearly from the start of the lock period but can be increased by extending the lock or adding more tokens to the lock.
